The Enriched Air Diver course is the most popular PADI specialty because, by allowing you to breathe smaller quantities of nitrogen, it extends your no-decompression time, especially in the case of repetitive dives. Breathing enriched air increases your safety margin, allows you to stay submerged longer and return underwater more quickly.
