A villa built with coral
The 3 Family Beach Villas (about 1400sqft) have a double room with a four-poster bed, a large living room, a bathroom with an outdoor Maldivian shower, and a second double room with private bathroom and a closet.
Family Beach Villas are the ideal solution for large families or groups of friends. The villas are located on the north side of the island and overlook a large lagoon from which you can swim out to the barrier reef.
These accommodations are built with natural materials, according to Maldives’ architectural heritage principles and are surrounded by a garden with gazebo and hot tub. Lush vegetation ensures total privacy to all guests in each Villa.
Unique and original architecture has helped make Nika a style icon. The structure is entirely made of coral blocks: the curvy shapes of the villas draw inspiration from ocean shells. The wooden roofs are covered with ancient palm tree leaves that grow on the island.
All finishes are handmade by the same carpenters who used to build Dhonis, the typical Maldivian boats. Villas feature unique antiques and local artworks, now hard to find in the Maldives.
All Villas have a garden with an adjoining private beach: a tribute to privacy and absolute tranquility.
Each private beach is equipped with wooden beach umbrellas, beach chairs, hot tub and an outdoor shower.
Villas are equipped with a modem that allows guests to surf the Internet free of charge. Data packages can be activated at the Front Office to ensure connection throughout the island.
Master bedrooms in all villas are equipped with both an AC system and a ceiling fan.
Each Villa has a mini bar stocked with soft drinks, alcoholic beverages and a selection of snacks.
TV sets in every living room come with a subscription to the main international channels.
A safe with a customizable code is installed in all bedrooms on the premises.
